I acknowledge to have received from the Committee of His Majesty's Council & House of Assembly, for the relief of poor distressed Indians - by the hands of Michael Wallace, the Articles specified in the annex'd Invoice, which I promise to distribute Conformable to Instructions now received by me from said Committee addressed to Timothy W. Hirlihy Esq and myself agents nominated for that purpose;
I do further acknowledge to have now Received from said Wallace, Ten pounds in specie, in order to purchase a quantity of Potatoes. if it should be found necessary do to do - as a further relief in addition to the articles sent from hence by the Committee.
