(14) it could be possible to induce the Indins to go in fishing boats by Purchasing Shares in boats _ assisting them with a little salt and supporting ther families & alowing them a bounty on [?Marchandable] fish of anny kind

I think it would be verry Proper to alow the Indins a small premium on Produce of Every kind for there incuragement, Likewise on Staves hoops shingles hand spiks Oar rafters &c
