whether you have any thing to recommend in regard to the Wild Horses; - either as to getting them off the Island or Converting them to a beneficial purpose on it -

What further supplies will be wanted in the Event of the Legislature being disposed to Continue the Establishment another year -. And, whether in the Event of the Legislature withdrawing the allowance billets granted, you are of opinion that it would be an object for two or three familys who are sober and industrious, with yourself to take a Lease of the Island, with the Stock for a term of years, subject to such wholesome regulations as may be adopted for the Government of it.

As we conceive you have now had sufficient time and experience to furnish us with compleat information, as to the Capabilities of the Island both as to agriculture and fisheries, you Cannot be too minute and particular in your report to us - which will be laid before the General assembly when it meets the beginning of June.

Altho' we do not imagine you can be in any want of Provisions - especially if no persons have been cast on here to increase your Consumption
