I have bought the following lots of land which is on record at Guysborough
No 49 SW branch 300 acres 70 of which is intervale from Capt Legett for
15 pounds [?]
No 16 NE branch 300 acres from Capt Legett and Mr. Cameron - 100 is intervale past clear for 27 pounds 20-0 Mr. Wm Major has the bill for payment.
No 15 joins 16 200 acres 40 acres intervale from Nowland which you have been pleased to pay
i am in halifax to get the Widow Cromwell[?] lot which has the best run of water and [illegible] for a mill on the river, a good house and barn and about 40 acres clear land. this is yet a [?] except to a person engaged to buy it for me
