Sir

The Prov.l Revenue Schooner "Daring" arrived from Sable Island yesterday and has brought up the master, crew, and materials of Brigt.n "Argo", from Boston bound to Lingan in ballast, wrecked at Sable Island on the 10th Inst.

The materials will be disposed of in the usual way (by public sale) and when the Acc.t Sales are received, the practice has been to submit them to Law.e Hartshorne + J. B. Creighton Esq.r the two Justices appointed to adjudicate in such cases.
