Lieutenant - Govenor and Commander in Chief, in and over His Majesty's Province of Nova-Scotia, and its Dependencies, &c. &c. &c.

To MICHAEL WALLACE, Esq. Treasurer of the Province.
YOU are hereby directed to pay unto The Honourable Willam Forsyth, [illegible] Charles Mary Wentworth Michael Wallace, William Cochran and Chal Morris [illegible] commisioners to carry into effect a Settlement on the Island of Sable [illegible] 1801 out of the Duties of Impoft and Excife, appropriated for the Support of His Majefty's Government, as granted by the General Affembly of this Province. And in fo doing this fhall be your Warrant.

GIVEN under may Hand and Seal at Arms in Halifax this 9th Day of October 1801 in the 41st Year of His Majefty's Reign.
