"Ferry Burns in Harbour"

The ferry Governor Cornwallis was destroyed by fire 22 December 1944. "Harbour fire boat pours streams of water on blazing ferry which was towed to the centre of the harbour after it burst into flames at the Dartmouth ferry slip. Naval tugs and fire-fighting equipment were early on the scene."
