Between miles 27 and 28 -on Woolford's map. A note on the photo states, "Building once the old Dalhousie Inn of about 1818, kept by Wm. Hall on n. side of the now long-abandoned section of Old Cobequid Road (to Truro), 1 3/4 m. south of Enfield, Hx. Co., N.S. Photod. by A.H. Buckley, 1938. About 1866, Bennery, a Dutchman (b. about 1820, d. about 1905) bought the place & farmed it til his death about 1905, when it passed to his son Donetus Bennery. About 1916 it was bought by present owner, Frank Grant."
