NOTE TO EDITORS/HOUSING--REPEAT-OFFICIAL OPENING

  Official opening of a new 55 unit senior citizens' apartment
  complex---Macdonald-Laurier Place--will take place today at
  11 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 13, at 3 Ford St., Halifax. Housing
  and Consumer Affairs Minister Eleanor Norrie will officiate
