EDUCATION/CULTURE--COLLEGE SEEKS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERS

  The Nova Scotia Community College is seeking interested 
  individuals to serve on the Cumberland Campus Advisory
  Committee.
  
  The campus advisory committee is being established to ensure
  the Springhill campus meets current and future needs of the
  Cumberland community. Specifically, the advisory committee
  will advise the campus on training needs of the region,
  facilitate contact between the campus and the community,
  promote the campus as a resource for the region and
  encourage the business community to participate in student
  work placement programs.
  
  Composition of the committee will include representatives
  from business, industry, community organizations,
  governments, other post-secondary institutions and high
  school counsellors and administrators.
  
  Cumberland Campus has an enrolment of more than 200
  full-time students and offers core programs in business,
  administration, trades and other areas. In addition, the
  campus offers a range of on-campus and off-campus extension
  and customized training programs and courses.
  
  Individuals who wish to serve on the campus advisory
  committee or wish to nominate someone are asked to submit a
  statement of interest and brief biographical sketch to Jack
