TRANSPORTATION/PUBLIC WORKS--TRAFFIC ADVISORIES

Due to today's demonstration by local truckers, traffic continues
to be tied up on Highway 102 and on other main highways across
the province. Motorists are reminded to allow extra time for
travelling.

Halifax County--Route 333
Beginning Monday, June 10, Route 333, Halifax County will be
reduced to one lane from Seabright Legion to Redmonds Road, to
allow for repairs. Work is expected to be completed by June 17.

Halifax County--Highway 118
Work is still being carried out on Highway 118 and Woodland Ave.,
southbound and northbound lanes, from Ryland Ave. to Hwy. 107
off-ramps. Lane closure will be in place in northbound and
southbound lanes at various times during the day, between 6 a.m.
and 8 p.m., and will remain in place overnight where conditions
warrant. One lane of traffic will remain open at all times during
construction. Work is expected to continue until mid-August.

Motorists are reminded to reduce their speed and exercise caution
while driving through construction sites.
