THURS., SEPT. 12
Halifax/Wolfville
9 a.m. Meeting with Mayor Walter Fitzgerald, City Hall
11:45 a.m. Meeting with Economic Renewal Minister Richie Mann,
Province House
4 p.m. Arrive Wolfville
4:30 p.m. Premiere of Evangeline film.
5:40 p.m. Arrive Grand Pre National Historic Site.
6-7 p.m. Twinning Ceremony of Grand Pre and St. Martinville.
8 p.m. Dinner at Chez la Vigne
10 p.m. Return to Halifax
FRI., SEPT. 13
Halifax
9:30 a.m. Meeting with Human Resources Minister Allister
Surette
11 a.m. Meeting with Agriculture and Marketing Minister Guy
Brown
3:15 p.m. Meeting with Michelle McKenzie, executive director,
Tourism Nova Scotia and Dan Brennan, executive
director, Nova Scotia Marketing Agency
4:30 p.m. Visit to site where Beau Soleil Broussard set sail
for Louisiana and tour of downtown Halifax.

6:30 p.m. Cajun Culinary Delight - a Louisiana food product
cooking demonstration, Le Carrefour du Grand-Havre,
Francophone Community Centre.
SAT., SEPT. 14
9 a.m. Depart Halifax, taking Evangeline Trail to Digby;
brief visit to Port Royal and Fort Anne en route.
2 p.m. Lunch at Mountain Gap Inn
4:30 p.m. Brief stopover at Acadian Cemetery, Pointe-a-Major,
Anse-Aux-Belliveau.
5 p.m. Brief visit to Eglise Sainte-Marie,
Pointe-de-l'Eglise.
6 p.m. Dinner at Cape View Restaurant.
8 p.m. Les Araignees du Boui-Boui production, "Evangeline,"
followed by a cast party.
SUN., SEPT. 15
8 a.m. Breakfast
9 a.m. Depart for Wedgeport - Tusket Island Cruise and Tuna
Museum tour, Wedgeport
11:30 a.m. Lobster and clam bake.
10:30 p.m. Arrive Halifax.
MON., SEPT. 16
8 a.m. Depart for Bouctouche, N.B.
