NOTE TO EDITORS--REPEAT-MI'KMAQ TREATY DAY CELEBRATIONS ----------------------------------------------------------------- Mi'kmaq Treaty Day celebrations will be held at Province House in Halifax today, Tuesday, Oct. 1. Ceremonies begin at approximately 1:30 p.m. when Premier John Savage and Grand Chief Ben Sylliboy will participate in a flag-raising. The White Cloud-Indian Brook Drummers will perform. A ceremony will be held in the Legislative Chamber at approximately 1:45 p.m. with the presentations of the Grand Chief Donald Marshall Sr. Memorial Elder Award.
