NOTE TO EDITORS--EDUCATION/CULTURE-SCHOOL ADVISORY COUNCIL ----------------------------------------------------------------- Education and Culture Minister Robbie Harrison, the Cape Breton-Victoria regional school board, and the principal of Memorial High School will sign a letter of agreement next week to form Cape Breton's first official school advisory council.
