SPEAKER--OPENING OF THE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY ----------------------------------------------------------------- Speaker Wayne Gaudet has announced the 4th session of the 56th General Assembly will be prorogued at 11 a.m., Thursday, April 10, 1997.
