TRANSPORTATION/PUBLIC WORKS--TRAFFIC ADVISORIES

HALIFAX COUNTY: HIGHWAY 103

Work begins Friday, June 20, on clearing a highway right-of-way
at the Beechville Interchange (Exit 2B) westerly for 4.8
kilometres. No road closures will be necessary. Work is expected
to be complete by the beginning of July.

HALIFAX COUNTY: HIGHWAY 103

Work continues this week on Highway 103 from Beechville at Exit 2
to Hammonds Plains Road at Exit 5. Traffic is reduced to one lane
with traffic control persons and vehicle escort. Work on this
section includes shouldering and repaving between 7 a.m. and 9
p.m. Motorists should expect delays of between 10 and 15 minutes.
Detour route is Trunk No. 3 from Exit 5 easterly and Route 213
from Exit 5 easterly. Work is expected to be completed by the end
of August.

HALIFAX COUNTY: PEGGYS POINT ROAD

Work begins, Monday, June 23, on Peggys Point Road. Traffic will
be restricted to one lane while crews work on ditching, culvert
replacement, asphalt concrete repaving and shouldering. Work is
expected to be complete by the end of August.
