TRANSPORTATION/PUBLIC WORKS--TRAFFIC ADVISORIES

PICTOU COUNTY: WEST RIVER EAST SIDE ROAD
NOTE: Work begins Aug. 25, not Aug. 18 as previously reported.
Beginning Monday, Aug. 25, the West River East Side Road will be
closed for one week for grading and gravelling. Motorists are
advised to detour via West River Station Road and Highway 104.
Work is expected to be complete by Sept. 1.

INVERNESS COUNTY: MacLEAN'S BRIDGE
Work begins today, Aug. 18, on MacLean's Bridge in River Denys.
The bridge will be closed for two weeks to allow crews to carry
out repairs to the deck. Motorists are advised to detour via
South Side River Denys Road. The bridge is expected to be
reopened Sept. 5.
