HALIFAX COUNTY: HIGHWAY 103
Highway 103 is reduced to one lane between Exit 2 (Beechville)
and Exit 5 (Tantallon) as shouldering continues between Exit 2
and Exit 4. Shouldering on this section is expected to be
complete by the end of the weekend.
Beginning Monday, Aug. 25, paving begins on Highway 103 between
Exit 4 and Exit 5. Alternate routes include Trunk 3 from Exit 5
easterly and Route 213 from Exit 5 easterly. Motorists should
expect delays of 10-15 minutes.
Motorists are reminded to use extreme caution when travelling
through construction sites.
