TRANSPORTATION/PUBLIC WORKS--Traffic Advisories

GUYSBOROUGH COUNTY: LARRYS RIVER BRIDGE
Work on the decking of Larrys River Bridge began today and is
expected to be completed by Thursday, Oct. 9. The bridge will be
closed periodically while work is being carried out from 7 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m. daily. Possible detours include Highway 401 and
Route 16.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY: HIGHWAY 104
Work began today on Highway 104 northbound and southbound lanes
at Thomson Station Road, where the divided highway begins. Work
consists of subgrade, gravelling and paving for connection with
the western alignment. Alternating lane closures will be in place
directed by flashing light units. Possible detour routes include
Route 204 and Route 368 through Oxford and Ridge streets. Work is
expected to be complete Thursday, Oct. 9.
