Adjudicative ABCs consider evidence; make findings of fact and law, and issue decisions affecting a person's liberty, security, or legal rights. Deadline for applications to Adjudicative ABCs is now closed.
Non-adjudicative ABCs make financial, regulatory, business, or policy decisions, or recommendations to government that have far-reaching implications for all Nova Scotians. Applications for Non-adjudicative ABCs are welcome any time, but consideration of applications for positions began November 23, 2015.
