In Nova Scotia Jan-Mar 2019, New Motor Vehicles Unit Sales increased 0.6% over Jan-Mar 2018. The 10,365 new motor vehicles sold in Jan-Mar 2019 represent a sales value of $386.9 million, up 4.4% over Jan-Mar 2018.
In Canada Jan-Mar 2019, New Motor Vehicles Unit Sales decreased 3.7% over Jan-Mar 2018. The 422,490 new motor vehicles sold in Jan-Mar 2019 represent a sales value of $18.2 billion, down 0.5% over Jan-Mar 2018.

In Nova Scotia Jan-Mar 2019, North American manufactured new motor vehicles Unit Sales decreased 1.1% (76.1% share) over Jan-Mar 2018. North American manufactured new motor vehicles Sales Value increased 3.0% (78.2% share) over Jan-Mar 2018.
In Nova Scotia Jan-Mar 2019, for New Motor Vehicles manufactured overseas, Unit Sales increased 6.2% (23.9% share) over Jan-Mar 2018. For New Motor Vehicles manufactured overseas, Sales Value increased 9.6% (21.8% share) over Jan-Mar 2018.

Average Prices
In Nova Scotia Jan-Mar 2019, the new motor vehicles average price increased 3.8% to $37,326 over Jan-Mar 2018. The passenger car average price increased 2.6% to $27,064 over Jan-Mar 2018. The truck/suv average price increased 1.0% to $41,350 over Jan-Mar 2018.
In Canada Jan-Mar 2019, the new motor vehicles average price increased 3.4% to $43,169 over Jan-Mar 2018.
