EU AND EURO AREA TRADE BALANCE IN GOODS, NOVEMBER 2020

EURO AREA (EA19 - Nov 2020 vs Oct 2020,  not seasonally adjusted)

The Euro Area's goods trade with the rest of the word recorded a surplus of €25.8 billion

  • Euro Area exports decreased €2.5 billion (-1.3%) to €196.7 billion
  • Euro Area imports increased €1.3 billion (0.8%) to €170.9 billion

                       

EUROPEAN UNION (EU27 - Nov 2020 vs Oct 2020,  not seasonally adjusted)

The European Union's goods trade with the rest of the world recorded a  surplus  of €25.3 billion

  • European Union exports  decreased  €2.5 billion (-1.4%) to €176.6 billion
  • European Union imports increased  €0.1 billion (0%) to €151.3 billion

 

TRADE PARTNERS (Nov 2020 vs Oct 2020,  not seasonally adjusted)

  • The United Kingdom recorded a surplus of €12.3 billion
  • Canada recorded a surplus of €0.9 billion
  • The United States recorded a surplus of €14.8 billion
