Month-over-month (Oct 2021 vs Sep 2021, seasonally adjusted )
The United Kingdom goods and services trade deficit narrowed by £0.8 billion to £2.0 billion. Exports of goods and services increased 1.0% (£0.5 billion) to £51.0 billion, and imports of goods and services decreased 0.4% (£0.2 billion) to £53.0 billion.
The United Kingdom goods trade deficit narrowed by £0.8 billion to £13.9 billion. Exports of goods increased 1.6% (£0.4 billion) to £26.9 billion, and imports of goods decreased 0.9% (£0.4 billion) to £40.8 billion.
The United Kingdom services trade surplus narrowed by £0.05 billion to £11.9 billion. Exports of services increased 0.4% (£0.09 billion) to £24.1 billion, and imports of services increased 1.2% (£0.14 billion) to £12.2 billion.

The United Kingdom goods and services trade deficit narrowed by £0.4 billion. Goods trade deficit narrowed by £0.2 billion, and services trade surplus widened by £0.2 billion.

Month-over-month (Oct 2021 vs Sep 2021, seasonally adjusted )
The United Kingdom EU goods trade deficit narrowed by £0.3 billion to £5.3 billion. Exports of goods decreased 2.7% (£0.4 billion) to £13.3 billion, and imports of goods decreased 3.5% (£0.7 billion) to £18.6 billion.
The United Kingdom non-EU goods trade deficit narrowed by £0.5 billion to £8.6 billion. Exports of goods increased 6.2% (£0.8 billion) to £13.6 billion, and imports of goods increased 1.4% (£0.3 billion) to £22.2 billion.
Year-over-year (Oct 2021 vs Oct 2020, seasonally adjusted )
The United Kingdom EU goods trade deficit narrowed by £3.3 billion, and non-EU goods trade deficit widened by £3.1 billion.
