July 22, 2022UK RETAIL SALES, JUNE 2022 The UK Office for National Statistics reports that UK retail sales value increased but volume declined in June 2022.
Month over month (June 2022 vs May 2022)
Retail sales values increased 1.3% while the retail sales volume (adjusted for price changes) decreased 0.1%.
Internet Sales decreased 2.7%, and online sales share of all retail sales declined to 25.3%.
Year-over-year (June 2022 vs June 2021)
Retail sales values increased 4.4% and retail sales volumes decreased 5.8%.
Year-to-date (Jan-June 2022 vs Jan-June 2021)
Retail sales values increased 9.3% and retail sales volumes increased 0.1%.
