Conflict Coaching
Our Conflict Coaching offerings are available to unionized workplaces that are experiencing acute conflict between individuals. This may be related to an incident in the workplace, a personality conflict, or any other factors. These conflicts can be difficult for all involved, and for others in the workplace as well.
- CMS’s conflict coaching program, allows individuals to explore a workplace conflict they are involved with through voluntary and confidential one-on-one coaching session(s) with CMS staff, who provide a neutral third party view, suggestions, and assistance in skill development and application.
- Following coaching, a voluntary and confidential facilitated conversation between parties in conflict is available where appropriate, with an aim to resolve the conflict and develop a plan to define future interactions.
