Isaac Sack (1855-1930) was the son of Peter Sack and Marie Antoinette Thomas. His wife, Anne Cope, was the daughter of Irish and Mi'kmaq parents. She stands to the right of her husband in this photo, holding a baby. Their daughter in the front row at left, with a puppy, is Max Basque's mother, Bridget Anne, born 7 October 1887. [Max Basque to R. H. Whitehead, July 1976 and July 1990, personal communication.]
