In felt-tip on reverse: "Ida Louise Phillips/ First Born of Andrew M. Phillips, (Mi'kmaq) of Bear River, and Mary Cecelia Devoe (Malecite) born 1911." Mary Cecelia Devoe was a Maliseet woman. One of a series of eight donated to the Nova Scotia Museum by Richard Dyer. This is a photo of his mother's sister.
