The dates 1923, 1924, and either 1927 or 1929 appear scratched into the rock. The glass negative formerly belonged to Grace Harris, and was acquired for the MMA by Mike Parker. [Mike Parker to R.H. Whitehead, 15 February 1995, personal communication.]
