Andrew Phillips was Mi'kmaq, from Bear River, NS, and Mary Cecelia Devoe was a Maliseet woman from Woodstock, NB. One of a series of eight (1998.8.1-8) donated to the Nova Scotia Museum by Richard Dyer. This is a photo of his mother's brother.
