Cole Harbour-Lawrencetown Coastal Heritage Park System: Lawrencetown Beach and Rainbow Haven Beach

The Department of Natural Resources (NR&R), Parks, Outreach & Service Delivery Division is currently undergoing a management planning process for Lawrencetown Beach and Rainbow Haven Beach. Note that the scope is just on these two beaches, not the whole Cole Harbour – Lawrencetown Coastal Heritage Park System. This process will result in a Management Plan guide future management activities. 

How to get involved:

Public engagement were held in Fall 2017. Feedback from the public engagement session were incorporated in the Park Management. This document contains proposed site objectives, policies and actions related to managing the park’s natural, cultural, and recreational values. We invite you to review the draft plan (9.2MB PDF) and provide comments and feedback.
