Section of Crystal Crescent Beach Closed

A section of Crystal Crescent Beach in Halifax County will be closed Sunday, July 11, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. to allow crews to complete location filming of the movie A Rumor of Angels.
The second beach and the second parking lot will be closed to the public while crews film the area from a helicopter.
Filming had been scheduled to be completed by the end of June, but there were difficulties arranging the aerial filming.
