Police Commission Inquiry Report Available

The Nova Scotia Police Commission has completed its inquiry and investigation into the death of Dean Richard, who died on July 7, 1996, as the result of a motor-vehicle accident.

In March 2000, Justice Minister Michael Baker directed the police commission to inquire into the death of Mr. Richard.
