New Glasgow Justice Centre to Reopen

Court is scheduled to resume at the New Glasgow Justice Centre on Monday, Oct. 6.

Over the past few days, air-quality testing has been conducted at the New Glasgow Justice Centre by Pinchin LeBlanc Environmental Limited. The test results support reopening the court.

The New Glasgow Justice Centre closed on Sept. 19 because of flooding and a storm-drain backup. Sitting of the Provincial Court in New Glasgow had been moved to the Pictou Justice Complex.
