CAPE BRETON REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Grand Lake Road
The intersection on Grand Lake Road, near Central Supplies will be reduced to two lanes from four for traffic light installation from Monday, June 1, until Friday, July 31.

Keltic Drive from the railway tracks west for five kilometres will be reduced to one lane for cold planing and repaving from Friday, May 29, until Wednesday, Sept. 30.

Scotch Lake Road from Route 223, east for 7.5 kilometres, will be reduced to one lane for cold planing and repaving from Friday, May 29, until Wednesday, Sept. 30.

Trunk 14 overpass at Garland's Crossing will be closed for emergency repairs on Monday, June 1, and Tuesday, June 2, weather permitting.

Trunk 19, Section 1, from Route 395 south will be reduced to one lane for cold planing, gravelling, pulverization and asphalt concrete patching and repaving from Monday, June 1, until Monday, August 31.

Highway 101 west of Exit 22, about 11.5 kilometres, will be reduced to one lane for guardrail replacement, asphalt concrete milling, patching and paving until Wednesday, Sept. 30.
Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day.

The eastbound middle lane is temporarily a cash-only lane. It will become a cash or E-Pass lane, likely by the first week or June.

Route 236 from Hants County line to Princeport Road, about 7.90 kilometres, will be reduced to one lane for cold milling, asphalt recycling and asphalt paving until Monday, Aug. 31.

Highway 104, westbound lane, from CNR overpass to the Nova Scotia-New Brunswick border, about 2.5 kilometres, will be reduced to one lane for asphalt cold planing and paving until Monday, June 15.

GUYSBOROUGH COUNTY: Causeway Lane Closure
Traffic on the Canso Causeway will be reduced to one lane for shoulder repairs until Tuesday, June 30.
Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Traffic control people and signs are on site.
Drivers using the causeway should allow for extra time during the construction period.

GUYSBOROUGH COUNTY: Melford Brook Bridge
The Melford Brook Bridge on Route 344 at Middle Melford is closed. A two-lane detour bridge will be used until a permanent bridge is completed.
The speed limit has been reduced to 60 km/h at the site and advance warning signs are in place.
Reduced weight restrictions are no longer in effect at this crossing.

GUYSBOROUGH COUNTY: South River Lake Road
South River Lake Road will have alternating one lane closures for upgrading, gravelling and repaving, from 2.9 kilometres west of the North Ogden Road east for 6.4 kilometres until Monday, August 31.

HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Highway 102
Highway 102, southbound, will have a one lane closure from Exit 4B to Exit 3, including ramps, about 4.6 kilometres, to replace the jersey barrier and widen, patch and repave the highway until Friday, July 31.

HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Highway 107
Highway 107, from 318 Overpass to Akerley Boulevard, including ramps, about 11 kilometres, will be reduced to one lane for paving until Wednesday, Sept. 30.
Traffic control people are on site. Work takes place from sunrise to sunset. There will be no work from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. westbound, and from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. eastbound.

Highway 101 westbound, near Exit 8 at Hantsport, will be reduced to one lane with stop-and-go traffic to allow crews to complete the Bog Road Overpass until Friday, June 5.

HANTS COUNTY: Eastbound Ramp, Exit 8, Highway 101
Traffic on the eastbound on and off ramps of Highway 101, at Exit 8 near Hantsport, will be reduced to one lane to allow for bridge painting.
Work takes place from sunrise to sunset each day. Traffic control people and signs are on site. The work is scheduled to be completed Wednesday, June 3.
Drivers using the connector road to the eastbound lanes of Highway 101 at Exit 8 should allow for extra time during this period.

Route 215 from Hiltz Road to William Conley Road, between Pembroke and Walton, will have traffic interruptions for re-paving until Monday, Aug. 31.

Highway 101 between Exit 10 and Exit 11 will have one lane closures for repaving until Monday, Aug. 31.
Delays are expected with stop times of up to 30 minutes depending on traffic volumes. There is an alternate route on Trunk 1 at Exit 10 at Grand Pre, and Exit 11 at Greenwich.

A one-lane bridge is open on Trunk 3 between Mahone Bay and Chester while the new Gold River Bridge is being built. Work is expected to continue until August. Traffic lights are in place.

PICTOU COUNTY: Highway 104
Highway 104, between Exit 29 at Barney's River, Pictou Co. to the Antigonish County line, will be reduced to one lane for road improvements until Tuesday, June 30.

Work will take place from Monday to Thursday from 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
