Amendments Introduced to Engineering Profession Act

Amendments to the Engineering Profession Act, introduced today, April 19, by Justice Minister Ross Landry, will correct two minor typographical errors.

The changes were requested by Engineers of Nova Scotia.

"We are pleased to work with Engineers Nova Scotia, which is the licensing and regulatory body for the more than 5,000 professional engineers and engineers-in-training, practicing in the province or on Nova Scotia projects," said Mr. Landry. "We fully endorse their efforts to support the professional practices of their membership."
