Surplus Auction Scheduled for July 17

Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal (Oct. 2007 - Feb. 2021)

If you're a jack of all trades, you'll have plenty to choose from at the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal's Dartmouth warehouse on Saturday, July 17 at 10 a.m.

That's the date for the next government surplus auction where auction goers will find just about anything including a kitchen sink. There are various vehicles, mowers, tons of tools, bookcases and much more available.

A partial list of items and photos is posted on the department's website at http://www.gov.ns.ca/tran/hottopics/auction.asp .

The auction will be held at the department's warehouse at 10 Acadia St., Dartmouth. The items can be viewed on auction day between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

The auction will be conducted by Auction Advantage. Payment must be made by cash, debit or auctioneer-approved cheque. Credit cards will not be accepted. Proceeds from the auction will go toward the provincial debt.
