Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal (Oct. 2007 - Feb. 2021)

INVERNESS COUNTY: Highway 105

Highway 105, from almost two kilometres east of the provincial park in Whycocomagh, east for about five kilometres, will be reduced to one lane for micro-surfacing from today, Aug. 4 until Tuesday, Aug. 31.

Traffic control people and a pilot vehicle will be on site. Work takes place from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

INVERNESS COUNTY: Trunk 19

Trunk 19, from the intersection with Route 252 south 1.4 kilometres, and Trunk 19, from the Port Hastings Rotary north for five kilometres, will be reduced to one lane for crack filling, sealing and seal coat from Thursday, Aug. 5 until Tuesday, Aug. 31.

Traffic control people and a pilot vehicle will be on site. Work takes place from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

KINGS COUNTY: Brooklyn Street

Brooklyn Street, from Route 360 west to McLean Road, will be reduced to one lane for paving and shouldering until Thursday, Sept. 30.

Expect delays. Work takes place from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

KINGS COUNTY: English Mountain Road

English Mountain Road, from Trunk 1 to Trunk 12, will be reduced to one lane for brush cutting, culvert replacement, ditching and paving from until Thursday, Sept. 30.

Expect delays. Work takes place from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Trunk 12, from English Mountain Road, south for about three kilometres, will be reduced to one lane for brush cutting, culvert replacements, ditching and paving until Thursday, Sept. 30.

Route 221, from Black Rock Road east for about six kilometres, will be reduced to one lane for paving and shouldering until Thursday, Sept. 30.

PICTOU COUNTY: Highway 104

The eastbound on and off ramps at Exit 26, Highway 104, will be closed Thursday, Aug. 5 from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. to complete construction for the Highway 104 Twinning Project. Detour signs will be posted.
