HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Swissair Site Temporarily Closed for Upgrade
The Swissair Flight 111 Memorial, on Route 333 near Peggys Cove, is temporarily closed to pave the parking lot. The closure includes the access paths and the site itself.
We appreciate the patience of the public during this important upgrade. The work is expected to take about four days, weather permitting.
The permanent “No Parking” signs on Route 333 in this area will remain in force during this project.
