Traffic Advisory, Highway Conditions and Ferries

All highways are currently open and passable with caution. Provincewide blowing and drifting snow is making visibility poor and roads slippery.

Drivers are reminded to stay off the roads if they can to allow snow plows and salt trucks to clear highways and for emergency vehicles to pass through.

Ferry service is suspended for the Long and Briar Island ferries, Tancook Island ferry and Petit and Grand Passage ferries due to high winds.

Motorists are reminded to call 511 for road conditions if they must travel.
