Gallery Calls for Exhibition Proposals

Education and Culture (to July 1999)

The Mary E. Black Gallery, part of the Nova Scotia Centre for Craft and Design, is calling for written exhibition proposals for the year 2001-2002.

The gallery in Halifax is the only one in Canada mandated to exhibit crafts and design. It is the second most visited public gallery in Nova Scotia and encourages proposals from amateur groups and independent curators on any topic or issue relating to craft and design. The deadline for proposals is Sept. 15, 1999.
