Funding Assistance for Livestock Producers

The Eastern Habitat Joint Venture, through the Department of Natural Resources, is accepting applications for the 2000 Streamside Program.

The program is aimed at protecting watercourses. Up to $5,000 in assistance may be available to an individual or group for fencing wetlands and watercourses, stream crossings and alternative or controlled watering systems. Funding for this program is provided by Ducks Unlimited Canada.
