Date Changed for Moose License Draw

The draw for 200 Nova Scotia moose hunting licenses will be held at the Strathlorne Forest Nursery in Inverness County on Friday, June 30 at 12:30 p.m.
The hunt will take place this fall in Inverness and Victoria counties on Cape Breton Island from October 9 to 21.
The cost of a moose license is $57.50, tax included.
Last fall 200 licensed hunters, drawn from 14,500 applicants, took 184 moose.
The draw had originally been scheduled for June 28.
