Licence of a Lifetime Lottery

Natural Resources Minister Ernest Fage and Tony Rodgers, executive director of the Nova Scotia Federation of Anglers and Hunters, recently drew two names in the licence of a lifetime lottery.

The winners are Jeannine Strong of Scotch Village, Hants Co., and Gregory Barrett of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality. They will each receive licences for deer and small-game hunting and fishing for the rest of their lives.

The lottery is an annual fundraiser for the Federation of Anglers and Hunters. The licences are provided by the departments of Natural Resources and Agriculture and Fisheries.
