ANTIGONISH COUNTY: Highway 104, West River No. 2 Bridge
Highway 104 is reduced to one lane at West River No. 2 bridge for repairs until Monday, Nov. 19.
Traffic control consists of control persons. Traffic signals are expected to be in place on Tuesday, Oct. 23.
