• ---------------------------------------------------------------Highland Village Museum is offering visitors an intimate evening with a storytelling tour of the living history site.

Highland Village presents Candlelight Tours under the Cape Breton sunset on the Bras d'Or Lakes. Tour guides are Cape Breton historian, Jim St. Clair and Catherine Gillis. The tour highlights the history of Gaelic settlers and provides new perspectives on pioneer life.

The tour runs from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. every Thursday evening in July and August. Admission is $12 per person, $28 per family, and $5 for students. Prepaid reservations are required.
