Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal (Oct. 2007 - Feb. 2021)
CUMBERLAND: Lower Maccan Road
Traffic on sections of Lower Maccan Road will be reduced to one lane until Friday, Sept. 7, for chip sealing.
Drivers should travel with caution and be patient.
CUMBERLAND: Trunk 2, Hansen Bridge Detour
Traffic on the Hansen Bridge, Trunk 2 about three kilometres north of Springhill Junction, may be reduced to one lane occasionally during installation of a detour bridge.
Once the detour bridge is installed, about Aug. 31, the existing bridge will be closed to be replaced. Traffic on the detour bridge will be controlled by traffic signals.
Drivers should travel with caution. The project should be finished by the end of the year.
