CAPE BRETON COUNTY: Traffic Congestion Expected at Big Pond
On Monday, April 22, heavy traffic is expected on Highway 4 in the Big Pond area from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. during the funeral of Rita MacNeil.
Parking is limited in the area and drivers should slow down and be alert for pedestrians.
RCMP will be on hand to guide traffic safely through the area but delays are possible.
