NSLC Invites Customers to Support Typhoon Haiyan Relief Efforts

The NSLC is inviting customers to support the Canadian Red Cross financial appeal for Typhoon Haiyan relief in the Philippines by making a donation at any of its 106 stores across the province.

The donations will support the field hospital and medical team the Canadian Red Cross has sent to the devastated city of Tacloban, and distribution of relief items including water, food, blankets, hygiene kits and sleeping mats.

The government of Canada will match donations by Canadians until Dec. 9.
