Speech from the Throne to be Broadcast Live

The first session of the 62nd General Assembly of the Nova Scotia legislature will resume Thursday, Nov. 28. Lt.-Gov. J.J. Grant will open the session by reading the speech from the throne.

Nova Scotians can watch the speech live on television and the Internet. Legislative Television will broadcast the ceremony on EastLink Digital Cable channel 95 and EastLink TV, beginning at about 2 p.m. Closed captioning and sign language interpretation will also be provided.

The ceremony will also be available live at www.novascotia.ca .
