Province Looking at Partnership with Business on Bloomfield Project

Government will issue a Request for Expressions of Interest this spring to explore the option of partnering with the business community on the Bloomfield project.

The province wants proposals that expand access to affordable housing while reducing the risk to taxpayers.

The Bloomfield is a mixed-income, mixed-use residential development offering greater access to affordable home ownership.

If the province receives proposals that meet the project's social and financial objectives while reducing risk, selected applicants will be invited to submit a detailed plan through a Request for Proposals.
